3. Payment Processing

While your data is collected under Florida jurisdiction, your physical water samples and the resulting scientific analysis are processed by our partner, ETR Laboratories, located in Leominster, Massachusetts. ETR Laboratories operates under ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and processes samples in accordance with Massachusetts state law. They receive only the information necessary to process your specific sample (e.g., a sample ID number) and do not use your information for any marketing purposes.
